Nationality – Philippines /India Job Description 1. Participates in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan. 2. Proactively identifies prospects, qualifying them, and determining their requirements, through cold and warm calls, direct sales, networking to create and maintaining referral agents, social media , Contractors , Consultants 3. Conducts on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, and provide assistance/consultancy in closing the deal. 4. Acquires key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explain how we work to gain trust to earn the business. 5. Achieves then exceed targets and objectives mutually agreed upon with Head of Sales. 6. Focus on sales of on stock materials , Carpets , Loose Furniture’s , Cabinets , Partitions , Raised Floors etc 7. Focus on retail sales of stock items . 8. Liaison with Contractors and clients for supply of the entire product Range offered by Mantech Accountability 1. Have an expectations and target for the sales required 2. Achieving target and objectives for the company 3. Gather new prospective clients to provide our stock materials Responsibility 1. To have a good relation direct from the clients at satisfy their needs. 2. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product and services 3. Actively seek out new sales opportunity
