I am very pleased to have attended this Seminar on « International Humanitarian Law » co-organized by the College of Europe and the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC. It was a pleasure to learn more about IHL, and especially about it's implementation in the European Union.  A special thanks to Stéphane Kolanowski and Toni Pfanner, Dr. iur. MBA, LLM for their excellent and really interesting presentations.
