We are excited to share our latest work, published in ACS Molecular Pharmaceutics. Cancer often evades the immune system by exploiting immune checkpoints. We present the first dynamic imaging of the B7-H4 immune checkpoint in the tumor microenvironment, revealing its link to tumor-associated macrophages and immune evasion. Our B7-H4 immunoPET tracer enables real-time visualization of macrophage dynamics and therapeutic response. A step forward in decoding and overcoming immune resistance in cancer.
