Edit- I would like to thank Emirates and the baggage handling teams for finally returning my baby’s stroller after 6 days. I am publicly raising serious concern over the handling of my baby’s lost stroller by Emirates and the related baggage handling teams. It has now been 5 days, and my baby’s stroller is still missing. During this time, agents have failed to provide clear, correct, and consistent information. For a family travelling with an infant, a stroller is not a luxury item — it is an essential item for the baby’s daily mobility, comfort, and wellbeing. Because of this negligence, my baby is effectively without her stroller and cannot go out normally. This is causing unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and disruption to our daily routine. I am calling on Emirates ,Sir Tim Clark, Michael Doersam, dnata , Steve Allen, Heathrow Airport, and Thomas Woldbye to urgently intervene and resolve this matter. Either return my original stroller immediately or provide fair compensation without further delay so I can replace it for my baby. This matter should never have been handled with such poor communication and lack of urgency. #Emirates #LostBaggage #CustomerService #HeathrowAirport #dnata #InfantTravel #PassengerRights #Accountability
