Behind the scenes: Risk engineering beyond the checklist🎬 A few weeks ago, we welcomed the team from Zurich Resilience Solutions at our headquarters in Ludwigsburg, to capture how our global risk engineering partnership comes to life in practice. Since 2020, our teams have worked side by side with Zurich's risk engineers: on-site at our production facilities worldwide, inspecting fire protection systems, running hands-on training, reviewing every process change. Hundreds of hours of shared work that have fundamentally transformed how we think about risk. For us managing risk is not only about protection. It is about building stronger processes, sharper awareness and better preparedness for what comes next. This is how we translate the idea of antifragility into concrete action: by using challenges as an opportunity to improve. This shared commitment to continuous improvement was recognized with the Zurich Risk Engineering Excellence Award 2025. A partnership like this depends on people who bring expertise, commitment and a hands-on mindset.
