After an immensely memorable and fulfilling corporate journey spanning three decades, I have wrapped up my 11+ year stint at Morgan Stanley - the last few years as Managing Director and CAO, Morgan Stanley India GCCs. From August 2025, I have stepped into the next and equally exciting chapter of my career - as an independent GCC Expert, CXO Mentor, and Executive Coach. I am deeply grateful to the outstanding leaders, incredible colleagues, team-mates, vendor partners, and industry peers who have been part of this fantastic ride. Your support, partnership, and friendship have meant the world to me. The mission continues, just in a new avatar—sharing what I have learnt, learning even more, and helping others navigate their own journeys. And yes, there’s finally time for that elusive Wednesday morning round of golf, catching up on reading, spontaneous travel, stimulating podcasts, discovering great food and new experiences, with no Monday morning check-ins! Onward to new beginnings—with purpose, passion, and just a little more play. Let’s stay connected!
