At MANGO, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable culture by empowering talent and strengthening leadership through diversity-focused initiatives. We celebrated the final session of STEModa MANGO, in collaboration with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a programme designed to bring engineering, technology and fashion closer to younger generations and encourage early interest in STEM. This year’s edition concluded with a final showcase, where primary school students presented the project proposals they had developed over the past months in response to the real industry challenge set by our engineers. Focused on how to reduce the environmental impact of garment manufacturing, the students shared thoughtful and original ideas involving biodegradable materials, reusable elements and other creative approaches to making the process more sustainable. Four women engineers from MANGO took part as mentors, supporting the teams and sharing their experience in product development, processes and innovation. Their involvement helped make STEM careers more visible, tangible and relevant for younger generations, particularly for girls. Through initiatives like this, we continue to reinforce our commitment to equal opportunities and the development of future talent. #Mango #LifeAtMango #MangoPeople #CraftYourOwnStory
