At MANGO, we believe in creating opportunities that empower our people to grow. We celebrated the first edition of Retail Talent Day, an initiative designed to connect our store teams with the diverse career paths at our Headquarters. Throughout the day, more than 30 collaborators from different countries explored areas such as Product, Visual Merchandising, People, Finance, Online and Expansion, gaining first-hand insight into the opportunities and internal career journeys available across MANGO. The experience also included a tour of our Headquarters, offering a closer look at the spaces where ideas, collections and projects take shape before coming to life in our stores through our Retail teams. We concluded the day with inspiring conversations, as collaborators shared their own career journeys, from starting in store roles to growing into positions at Headquarters, being an example of the power of internal mobility and professional development within MANGO. Initiatives like this bring our Empower pillar of the 4E Strategic Plan to life by encouraging internal mobility between Retail and HQ.
