At MANGO, we believe in strengthening our culture by empowering our people. By listening to our teams through our engagement survey, we identified new opportunities to continue building a culture of transparent feedback, recognition and internal development. This reflection led to the creation of Empowerment Playground, a space designed to help collaborators develop self-leadership skills and apply them in their day-to-day work and within their teams. It promotes recognition, feedback and shared ownership in how we grow and develop. Conceived as a safe and dynamic environment, it gives collaborators the space to learn, experiment and translate these capabilities into everyday team experiences. This initiative is closely connected to our ambition of becoming a Leadership Atelier. We believe growth happens when everyone takes ownership. It is about evolving from within, acting with purpose and being role models of our values. Through initiatives like these, we continue to reinforce the Empower pillar of our 4E Strategic Plan, fostering inclusive leadership and supporting the development of our teams.
