Last week, we celebrated the third edition of our internal IT Hackathon, bringing together technology profiles and colleagues from different business areas to transform real business challenges into solutions in just 48 hours. During two intense days, ten multidisciplinary teams worked side by side to analyse challenges proposed by business teams, explore ideas, and develop process automation in record time. The sprint concluded with each team presenting their projects to a jury, sharing inspiring solutions and fresh perspectives. Beyond the solutions developed, the IT Hackathon is above all about collaboration, bringing together people from different teams creates space to share perspectives, challenge ideas and build together, strengthening the connections that drive innovation at Mango.
