We are proud to kick off the 2026 edition of our Future Leaders Program, a 9-month journey combining classroom training and hands-on in-store experiences, guided by our Managers and Visual Merchandisers. Last week, we welcomed participants from stores across Spain to our Campus Mango in Barcelona, colleagues with strong potential to grow into future Store Managers, Visual Merchandising Managers and roles at our Headquarters. This year’s edition marks a significant milestone, with participation increasing by 130%, bringing together more than 80 talents from different regions. The program aims to strengthen key leadership capabilities, deepen the connection of participants with the essence of our brand, and build solid foundations for their personal and professional growth. It also plays a key role in supporting Mango’s internal development strategy and our ongoing retail expansion.
