MANE was proud to partner with Institut Français de la Mode for the Inclusive Beauty and Fashion Day 2026, dedicated to exploring the evolving notions of visibility, representation, and legitimacy in the beauty and fashion industries. Bringing together researchers, industry leaders, creatives, and students, this full-day event fostered meaningful dialogue on key topics such as inclusion, aging, menopause, Afro hairdressing, alopecia, authenticity, and the impact of AI on beauty standards. Through conferences, roundtables, and discussions, participants exchanged on the social and cultural forces shaping our industries and how we can collectively build a more inclusive and authentic vision of beauty.
