Hopefully we won’t have to battle monsters to fulfil our ‘Odyssey’! (loved Homer as a classics scholar)….but with the fast forwarding of AI….what will happen in the next 4 years to 2030 will need loyalty and preserverence (which the Mercer & Hole team has in abundance). Marcus Child gave a very inspirational session at our firm wide strategy launch that got the mind whirling, emphasising you can’t be complacent, need to keep the ‘picture alive’ and never give up on ‘dreaming the dream’. I can vouch for that! One of his quotes by George Orwell that got me smiling was ‘At 50, everyone has the face they deserve!’ No comments please…😂 #strategy #AI #odyssey #2030
