What an energy boost at the GlobalWomen Conference 2026 at GlobalFoundries Dresden When brilliant minds come together to discuss the future of AI, it’s not just theoretical debates that emerge, but real impulses for our daily work. Hosting this event right on German Diversity Day was a powerful and incredibly fitting signal: diversity and innovation truly go hand in hand in the tech industry💡✨ It was an absolute pleasure to wrap up this fantastic conference as a speaker. In my talk, we dove straight into practice: concrete tools and AI agents that significantly simplify our daily work and boost efficiency. 🛠️🤖 While AI has vast knowledge, it still requires human judgment and our diverse perspectives to guide that potential responsibly. A massive thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful platform and for the inspiring conversations - including Dr. Lindarti Purwaningsih, Dr. Anne Jantos, Dr. Sarah Müller-Sägebrecht, Bee Gek Lim, and Matthias Walter.
