Mirko brings over 20 years of international luxury hospitality leadership experience across Europe and Asia, with a career spanning key global destinations including Rome, London, Singapore, Bangkok, Cebu and Mumbai. He is recognised for delivering highly personalised guest experiences, strong commercial performance and a distinctive service culture, with particular expertise in leading complex Food and Beverage operations within luxury environments. Originally from Lago di Como, Mirko holds certification from HCIMA in London and has completed Cornell’s General Management Program. His international perspective, combined with a deep understanding of Rome, positions him well to lead the opening of Mandarin Oriental, Rome and to establish the hotel as one of the city’s most celebrated luxury destinations.
