Bringing over 20 years of international luxury hospitality experience, Barbara joined the Group in 2024 as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Prague. Recognised for strengthening performance, elevating the guest experience and leading with clarity and purpose, Barbara brings a thoughtful, culturally attuned approach shaped by a lifelong connection to hospitality. John Kitchens has been appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Prague. Bringing nearly two decades of international luxury hospitality experience, John joins following his role as Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai. His career with Mandarin Oriental spans key leadership roles across Kuala Lumpur and Canouan, where he is recognised for elevating operational performance and guest experience, alongside a strong focus on brand standards and excellence. Fiona Hagan has been appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast. With 30 years of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Fiona brings a strong commercial and operational foundation, shaped by a career spanning both city hotels and resort destinations. Recognised for her ability to inspire teams and create meaningful guest experiences, Fiona combines strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling to deliver lasting impact. Vincent Poulingue has been appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Paris. Bringing over two decades of international luxury hospitality leadership experience, Vincent joins the property at a pivotal moment. With a background spanning both flagship city hotels and resort destinations across Europe and beyond, he is recognised for his expertise in repositioning landmark properties, strong owner relations, and a commitment to operational excellence.
