These are just a few young bright people that were shot dead in the protests of January 2026 in Iran for wanting the very basics of life and the right to chose their government. More than 40.000 people were gunned down in two days by the regime. The wounded were finished off on the streets, in prisons or in hospital they went to for treatment. Doctors and nurses who were helping the wounded were persecuted and in some cases raped and executed.
