I will cherish the memories of private conversations, public meetings, interviews and laughs with Vittore Bocchetta, as precious gifts. And the artwork Ohne Namen (Without Names) dedicated in 2007 to those who lost their names, dignity and lives in the concentration camps of Flossenbürg and Hersbruck, where Bocchetta was imprisoned from 1944 to 1945. Vittore Bocchetta (Sassari, November 15, 1918 - Verona, February 18, 2021), Honorary Citizen of Cagliari, was an Italian sculptor, painter, and academic. During World War II he was a member of the anti-fascist Italian resistance movement. #VittoreBocchetta #OhneNamen #Flossenbürg #Hersbruck
