Senior VP Sales EMEA/APAC at Hyland | Helping CIOs turn unstructured content into AI-ready enterprise intelligence | Agentic AI & Intelligent Document Workflows for regulated industries | Practical Digital Transformation

I'm looking for someone to lead sales across EMEA North & Central for Hyland and I want to be direct about what that actually means. This isn't a caretaker role. We're scaling Hyland's Cloud and AI portfolio across the region and the team needs a leader who treats forecasting as truth-telling, coaches like it matters and builds real relationships with partners and customers. The people I trust most in sales leadership share four things:  1️⃣ They're honest about pipeline before they're asked. 2️⃣ They build talent rather than manage headcount. 3️⃣ They stay professionally paranoid, meaning you are alert to competition, to what's changing, to what could quietly go wrong. ➡️ And last but not least, be professionally aggressive in getting things done. If you've led sales teams as upline manager (2nd line management) through growth and transformation, know how to build and develop reseller partnerships and want to help organisations move from AI ambition to AI-ready content and workflows, I'd like to talk to you. Full role details here (UK based) : https://lnkd.in/epc98snG Who's the best sales leader you've ever worked for, and what did they actually do differently?
