☕️ Imagine arriving at your local shopping centre and your coffee is already waiting for you. That Garmin you reserved earlier in the week? It’s now discounted thanks to the points you’ve accumulated from previous purchases. With a coffee in one hand and a new watch in the other, you head back to the car. A notification reminds you that you still have reward dollars to use before they expire. The app knows your favourite restaurant and offers a small incentive to redeem the remaining balance. You’ll need food for later anyway – it would be rude not to. By gaining insight into shopping behaviour, a single purchase turns into three, across three different tenants. Moving from Silver to Gold tier, the platform upgrades your loyalty level and rewards you with priority parking for the year ahead. For the customer, the experience feels convenient, personalised and as if they’ve saved money –  even though they’ve spent more. For landlords, every step of the journey becomes measurable and actionable. It’s a glimpse into how shopping centres of the future will use data to compete for loyalty.
