Eight months of late nights, relentless testing, and building from the ground up — today, our in-house ERP platform is live in production. At Spark Trading (Zubair Investment Corporation), we moved away from manual processes, scattered spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, and brought project management, finance, inventory, invoicing, and reporting together into a single cloud-based workspace. What I'm most proud of: • AI-powered bilingual invoicing — accurate invoices generated automatically in both Arabic and English, built for our local market and compliance needs • Project management and finance working as one — project costs, budgets, and billing finally live in the same place, in real time • Automated workflows that cut manual data entry and dramatically reduce errors • Cloud accessibility with full, real-time visibility across the business • Every finance module rigorously validated against Tally and other established accounting platforms The result: significant man-hours saved, far fewer errors, and one smart, integrated system replacing several standalone tools. This was a true team effort. Special thanks to Afroz Ahmad, who shaped the vision and mentored the project from day one; Qazi Mobeen Uddin, who built and benchmarked our finance modules; and Samiya Al Balushi, whose thorough end-to-end testing made this launch possible.
