The Bellus · Edible Architecture Collection was conceived as a hybrid project between design and consultancy, with the aim of transforming some of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks into highly realistic edible objects. From Casa Batlló to La Monumental and Park Güell, the challenge was to translate architectural identity into something that can be experienced through taste. From the design department, the work focused on developing precision moulds capable of capturing the complexity, texture and recognisability of each monument. Form was not understood as decoration, but as a narrative tool. From consultancy, the scope focused on the development of initial formulations tailored to the client’s requirements, including both long shelf-life recipes designed for travel and fresher versions for immediate consumption. The result is a system where design, flavour and production logic align to create a scalable and transportable product without losing identity. See more: https://lnkd.in/eZKSZ9M8
