You visit a product page looking for a gift for a friend. You make the purchase, close the tab, and... for the next two weeks, that same product follows you in every email and ad. 🤨   Ever felt trapped by an algorithm?   In e-commerce, it's easy to fall into the personalization trap: "You clicked on X, so here's even more X."   But true hyper-personalization is about something completely different. Spotify is a great example. Its algorithm doesn't just recommend the music you already know. It regularly introduces new artists and tracks alongside your favorites. It reduces noise without taking away the joy of discovery.   That's what great personalization should do. A good CRM should make customers' lives easier, not lock them into a filter bubble.   How do you strike that balance in your projects? Where does smart personalization end, and where does giving users the freedom to explore begin? 👇
