📄 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐈𝐃𝐏𝐬. 𝐵𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑠𝑘 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑦𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑜𝑠𝑡 𝑐𝑎𝑛’𝑡 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟𝑠. An IDP is either a 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥 or a 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫. It drives growth, or it decorates a file. In a controlled study (𝐺𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑛𝑒𝑟, 2024): ⚽ 𝑁𝑜 𝐼𝐷𝑃 → ~𝟐𝟒% improvement in 5 weeks ⚽ 𝐼𝐷𝑃 + 𝑐𝑜𝑎𝑐ℎ 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 → ~𝟓𝟑.𝟑% improvement That’s not a marginal gain. That’s 𝑑𝑜𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑡 when the IDP becomes a living tool.
