Viimeisen viikon aikana eteeni tuli tapaus, jossa sisältönäkyvyyttä välittävä taho lähestyi meitä pyynnöllä lisätä sivustojemme tiedot tietokantaan, josta potentiaaliset ostajat voivat etsiä itselleen sopivia julkaisijoita. Näitä tietokantamyyjiksi kutsumiani tahoja on syntynyt viime aikoina kuin sieniä sateella, joten pienellä varauksella päätin kuitenkin lisätä yhden domaineistamme palveluun. Paitsi, että en voinutkaan lisätä, koska se oli jo siellä. Kun tiedustelin asiaa, niin ensin sieltä väitettiin, että ainoa syy siihen voi olla se, että joku muu meidän firmasta on tiedot lisännyt. No mutta kun ei ollut. Sitten kun kerroin, että me emme ole lisänneet ja että olen meillä ainoa, joka näitä muutenkin hoitaa, ja pyysin kuka tiedot on ilmoittanut ja mitä tietoja, niin sen jälkeen selitys muuttui sellaiseksi, että ehkä joku toimisto tai freelancer on ne lisännyt. Kun tähän totesin, että jos kerta pyysitte meitä lisäämään tietomme (meili lähetetty viralliseen sähköpostiosoitteeseen), niin olette varmaan validoineet, että olemme oikea taho ne lisäämään. Ja toistin samalla aiemman kysymykseni kuka ja mitä tietoja on lisätty, sekä kyselin tietokannan ylläpitäjän virallisia tietoja, niin sen jälkeen tuli hiljaisuus. Huvittavinta on se, että kun piruuttani kokeilin lomaketta uudelleen, niin siellä oli estetty domainin tietojen lisääminen kokonaan. 😂 Sanotaanko näin, että en povaa Bit Rebelsille ruusuista tulevaisuutta tällä saralla. -- SAME IN ENGLISH: Last week, I came across a case where a content visibility company approached us with a request to add our website information to a database where potential buyers can search for suitable publishers. These entities, which I call database sellers, have been popping up like mushrooms in the rain recently, so with a little reservation, I decided to add them to on of our domains. Not only that I couldn't add them because they were already there. When I inquired about the matter, they first claimed that the only reason for this could be that someone else from our company had added the information. Well, but they hadn't. Then when I told them that we hadn't added them and that I was the only one who handled these anyway, and I asked who had reported the information and what information, the explanation then changed to saying that maybe some agency or freelancer had added it. When I said that if you once asked us to add our information (the email was sent to official email address), then you have probably validated that we are the right party to add it. And at the same time I repeated my previous question about who and what information has been added, and asked for the official information of the database administrator, then there was silence. The most interesting thing is that when I tried the form again, domains information had been blocked completely. 😂 Let's just say that I don't predict a rosy future for Bit Rebels in this area. #marketing #business
