Last week, our VP of Operations, ALAN RADOJCIC, joined Loyola Marymount University's Family Business Forum to discuss practical applications of AI in business. After sitting in as a judge at BuildFest LA back in May, we're beginning to suspect Alan has quietly added "professional conference circuit" to his job description! The forum brought together founders, operators, and business leaders to explore how companies are using AI to improve the way they operate and compete. At Maintco, we view AI as a tool for eliminating repetitive work so people can focus on where they create the greatest impact: solving problems, exercising judgment, building relationships, and making better decisions. While AI can accelerate workflows, critical thinking uniquely belongs to people. Our goal is to empower employees to spend more time on high-value work that drives results.
