✨ Meet Adrie Gunther, MSc – Organizational Change Management Consultant in the MAIN5 Operational Excellence Team ✨ Adrie's path runs from clinical research through global project and program management, and ultimately to where he works today: the people side of transformation. Along the way, one insight came to define his approach: 🗨️ "Most transformations don't fail because of technology. They fail because people aren't fully brought along the journey." Using structured methodologies like ADKAR and Prosci, Adrie helps #pharmaRND organizations adopt new systems and ways of working, with less resistance and lasting impact. What sets Adrie apart is his ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders and together translate complexity into clarity: connecting strategy with execution and early stakeholders engagement. Outside of work, Adrie recharges through travel and new cultures.
