🌱 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴! Delighted to welcome Eugenia Bajet Mestre to our team at the Université de Neuchâtel, Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at the Institut de Psychologie du Travail et des Organisations (IPTO). Eugenia obtained her PhD from the Universität St.Gallen (HSG) under the supervision of Jamie Gloor. She now contributes to our Schweizerischer Nationalfonds SNF–funded project on employee overqualification from a leadership perspective. The project is further supported by our research interns, Nathan Chatelain and Sofia Carolina Szelubski. Although Eugenia already joined us earlier this year, we were waiting for some nicer weather to give her a proper welcome - and finally capture the team together outdoors, including our PhD students Lisa Boenke and Loris Mombelli ☀️. A very warm welcome, Eugenia - we’re so glad to have you on board! And a big thank you to Mario Cafiso for the great photo shoot!
