في شغل operation في فرق انك تعرف تشتغل وانك تدير الشغل مش اي حد يقدر يدير الشغل لانه حقيقي اكتر قسم بيبقي عليه ضغط طول الوقت هو دايما الي بيتصدرله المشكله وعلشان كدا دا اهم قسم دايما في اي شركه المدير الشاطر هو الي يقدر يدير كل دا ويخلي التيم مستمر ويقدر يوزع الشغل بحيث انه مفيش اي حد يوصل لمرحله انه مش قادر وفي وسط كل المشاكل والضغط الكبير لو قدر انه يحول كل دا لخبره ويطور التيم بتاعه ويخليهم يحبوا الشغل حقيقي هنا دا مدير مثالي In Operations There is a difference between knowing how to perform the work and knowing how to manage it Not everyone is capable of leading operations, as it is often the department that faces constant pressure and serves as the first point of contact for challenges and unexpected situations.
