Advanced fuel cell developments require validation infrastructure that combines hydrogen expertise, intelligent automation, and deep system knowledge. At our Hydrogen Test Center Stuttgart, we operate a one-of-a-kind fuel cell system test bench engineered for comprehensive functional and durability validation of next-generation hydrogen fuel cell systems. The test bench can accommodate up to two individual fuel cell modules with a maximum output of 250 kW and 600 A. A fully in-house developed fuel cell control unit provides maximum flexibility for controlling and measuring system and component parameters, whilst an individual cell voltage monitoring system delivers precise insights into fuel cell stack health and operating conditions. Backed by extensive validation experience with hydrogen technologies, our teams offer testing capabilities across multiple functional levels - from complete fuel cell systems to dedicated subsystem and component validation. Our fuel cell test area features certified in-house developed hydrogen infrastructure supplied with 5.0 quality hydrogen, dedicated cathode path testing, and specialized benches for humidifiers, coolant pumps, and water separation technologies. Combined with state-of-the-art automation systems for test planning, control, and fully automated operation, our advanced fuel cell validation capabilities provide customers with reliability, flexibility, and data precision needed to accelerate hydrogen innovation and industrialization. #FutureReadyValidation #MAHLE #ValidationExperts #FuelCell #Hydrogen #Testing #Validation #Innovation #WeShapeFutureMobility
