Insights. Exchange. Future. – MAHLE Training Days 2026 💡 On International Youth Skills Day, we recognize the importance of equipping young people with the skills they need for the future. Our MAHLE Training Days are one example of how we support the next generation in exploring career opportunities and gaining practical insights. 🛠️ On May 19 and 20, 2026, the MAHLE site in Bad Cannstatt opened its doors to welcome numerous school classes and visitors, offering hands-on insights into our training and dual study programs. In collaboration with the Discover Industry Truck, students experienced an interactive program in our training workshop—ranging from speed-dating sessions with apprentices, students, and trainers to practical activities that provided real impressions of everyday training life at MAHLE. The Training Day on May 20 brought around 90 visitors together, who explored activities like building 3D-printed race cars, experiencing current apprenticeship projects like the wind tunnel simulation, and gaining insights into our Formula Student cooperation with the DHBW Engineering Stuttgart team.
