Women in Engineering: Sharing Knowledge, Driving Impact 💙 This Internation Women in Engineering Day, meet Aldona Szymczak and discover the story, passion, and impact behind her engineering journey. She started her journey at MAHLE as a Production Quality Engineer, working with international customers. Driven by curiosity and the ambition to shape processes from the start, she moved into Project Quality to gain deeper insights into product launches and preventive quality. 🌍 Today, as European Look Across Coordinator, Aldona connects plants across Europe by sharing critical insights, solutions, and best practices — helping teams react faster and learn from each other. Aldona values the continuous learning culture at MAHLE, from cross-functional experience to becoming a certified VDA 6.3 process auditor and pursuing postgraduate studies in Project Management & Team Leadership. Besides that, she has also started to work as an IATF 16949 internal system auditor. Thanks to visiting plants across the EU, she is also able to share best practices, learn from others, and get to know different cultures🚀 With years of experience in engineering, she highlights the importance of staying curious, building strong networks, and confidently contributing your perspective.
