MAHLE India had the distinct honor of hosting Mr. Christoph Hallier, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Mumbai, at its Pithampur facility. The visit marked an important milestone in strengthening Indo-German industrial collaboration and highlighted MAHLE India’s role as a key contributor to this partnership. The delegation also included representatives from the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), Mr. Avinash Kashyap and Ms. Radhieka Mehta, along with Mr. Sandeep Kochkar and Mr. Rajendra Bhanwar from Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC), among other dignitaries. Engaging discussions during this visit focused on the growing importance of collaboration between India and Germany in areas such as advanced technologies, sustainable mobility solutions, and workforce skill development—key drivers shaping the future of the automotive and industrial sectors. As part of the visit, the delegation was taken on a comprehensive tour of the Pithampur plant. The tour offered firsthand insights into the state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and rigorous safety standards. A significant highlight of the visit was the tree plantation activity led by Mr. Hallier.
