Our faculty members, Prof. Lt. (Dr) Prashant Gupta and Prof. Sandhya Banda, successfully completed the "Facilitator-in-You" Training of Trainers workshop conducted by Outward Bound India – Himalaya at the Himalayan Adventure Institute, Mussoorie. Through outdoor experiential learning, they embraced challenges like hiking, rock climbing, and rappelling - strengthening leadership, communication, resilience, decision-making, and teamwork. Every trail, every climb, and every challenge became an opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow. At the School of Management, Mahindra University, we believe great educators are lifelong learners.
