At MAGRABi, we believe that meaningful connections build stronger organizations. We were proud to host our first MAGRABi Majlis gathering at the St. Regis Hotel, Abu Dhabi, bringing together almost 50 of our Emirati colleagues from across the company.   This was more than just a meeting, it was an open space for dialogue, listening, and connection. We shared updates on our journey, but more importantly, we listened. We heard perspectives, ideas, and aspirations that will help shape how we move forward together.   We are committed to creating an environment where our Emirati talent feels heard, supported, and empowered to grow.   This Majlis is only the beginning of a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable journey.
