We’re looking for a Mechanical Support Manager to play a vital role in supporting MAG’s humanitarian mine action work in #Ukraine. This role is responsible for the safe deployment, operation, and maintenance of ground-preparation and confidence-building assets, alongside providing technical guidance, training, and capacity development for field teams. The post will also lead on specific mechanical assets and contribute to improving operational efficiency and environmental performance. Candidates should have proven experience managing and deploying mechanical assets, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and conducting field assessments, with the ability to train and mentor others in field settings.
