As 2025 comes to a close and I take a moment to reflect, it has truly been a year of growth and change for me, both professionally and personally. To close out the year, I am making one more big change and will be departing Payscale to begin a new chapter with Greenhouse Software at the start of 2026 🪴 This transition was not something I anticipated, but when an opportunity presented itself that aligned so closely with my experience and the direction I want to continue growing, it was one I knew I had to pursue. I am incredibly grateful for my time at Payscale and for the people who made it such a meaningful part of my career. I want to sincerely thank Lexi Clarke, Zach Jamieson, Lauren Hein, and Brittni Beers-Branco for their leadership, trust, and support during my time at Payscale. Your kindness, encouragement, and guidance were truly valued. A special thank you as well to our partners at Nava Benefits, especially Marcel Ocampo, CEBS and Mayella Uhrig, for your unwavering support and exceptional partnership. You set the standard for what a strong, collaborative broker relationship should look like. If you are ever evaluating benefits brokers, it would be a disservice not to have Nava on your list. I also want to share my appreciation for everyone at Greenhouse for such a thoughtful and fantastic interview experience. I am especially excited to be joining the team and working alongside Julie Clawson and Jennifer Quehl-Gessendorf. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful holiday season. I am incredibly excited to get started at Greenhouse in 2026, bringing my passion for benefits, reconnecting with familiar faces, and building new relationships with fellow Greenies 💚
