We're starting 2026 off with an excellent opportunity for manufacturers in the East of England. A regularly discussed topic is how to get the most out of different generations in the work place, especially as more outreach and apprenticeships push to get younger people in the sector. To support the process and help boost productivity, we've teamed up with Twist Consultants to deliver a half day session on Leading Successful Change Across Generations provided by Jo Twiselton. The session will run at Newmarket Jockey Club Rooms on the 26th January at 9:30am. By the end of the session, participants will be able to: ✅ Understand what multi-generational teams bring to the workplace and the difference this makes in times of change ✅ Handle resistance to change with confidence ✅ Communicate clearly and motivate across generations ✅ Turn generational diversity into a strength that supports effective change and performance ✅ Build stronger, more collaborative teams across age groups Designed specifically for supervisors and team leaders in SME manufacturing, this session equips those on the front line of change with the confidence and tools to lead teams that perform at their best.
