Over the course of last week, Europe has been quite toasty, and the German police had an excellent way to cool people down! Using water cannons to lightly spray people (that wanted to be sprayed!) to keep them cool in the Summer heat, the police made sure people felt a little more comfortable by adapting the tools they had at their disposal. This got us thinking about how applicable this logic is elsewhere- a lot of the time the tools you have can simply be adapted to support innovation and growth.
