To mark Neurodiversity Awareness Month, we welcomed Michael Theo, actor, speaker and Autism advocate, whose on-screen career started on Love on the Spectrum, to our Sydney headquarters. Michael spoke about his lived experience with neurodivergence, how cognitive differences can be strengths, and how everyday actions can create inclusive environments.
