To close Neurodiversity Month, Macquarie’s Spark network hosted a NeurodiverCity panel and networking event at our London office. Opened by EMEA CEO Rachel Palmer and moderated by Spark Co Chair Ross Mumford, the discussion focused on practical ways to build neuroinclusive workplaces, from leadership behaviours to recruitment, workplace design and technology.
