To close Neurodiversity Month, Macquarie’s Spark network hosted a NeurodiverCity panel and networking event at our London office. Opened by EMEA CEO Rachel Palmer and moderated by Spark Co Chair Ross Mumford, the discussion focused on practical ways to build neuroinclusive workplaces, from leadership behaviours to recruitment, workplace design and technology. We were joined by peers across the industry including Sinead Lennon, Investment Stewardship Manager, Pension Insurance Corporation plc; Tom Norrish, EMEA Neurodiversity Lead, JPMorganChase; Emma Steck, UK Chief Human Resources Officer, Societe Generale; Rebecca Niddrie-Webb, Head of UK Workplace, Societe Generale; and Michaela Gibson, Head of DEI, Standard Life plc.
