Once a learner at An Cosán, Lisa Byrne now works as an Administrative Assistant – a full-circle moment made possible by the training and support she received at the right time in her journey. An Cosán empowers women of all ages through education, creating pathways into learning, leadership and employment across Ireland. Through the #MacquarieGroupFoundation’s support of the Workability Program, more learners are building the skills, confidence and connections needed to access meaningful opportunities.
