Back in the classroom for The Assembly Season 3 🎥 Macquarie University Senior Lecturer Dr Helen Wolfenden and journalism student, James Rapp, return to our screens in The Assembly, where students with autism prepare for celebrity interviews with guests including Andy Lee and Jimmy Barnes. Hosted by award-winning journalist and author Leigh Sales, the series follows participants as they build skills and confidence on their way to the big interviews. In partnership with Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), Dr Wolfenden and Dr Tai Neilson deliver Australia’s first autism-friendly journalism course, supporting participants throughout their journey this season. “Many of my castmates had never been to university before.
