Last night at the Harvard Faculty Club, at the opening dinner of #ODR2026, I announced the new documentary: Can ODR Change the World? The Story and Promise of Online Dispute Resolution. It was a fitting room for the announcement, surrounded by the pioneers of this field as we honored Ethan Katsh, who is considered by most to be the father of ODR. Why did I make this film? One word: awareness. The full story is in my latest newsletter below. Watch the film at LMIPodcast.com/film/odr or on YouTube at YouTube.com/@lminetwork. Thank you again to the volunteer mediators at the DRC - Montgomery County for assisting with this project, along with the many guests and the many "ODR heroes" mentioned in the film's roll credits, including: Jeff Aresty, Daniel Rainey, Alberto Elisavetsky, Leah Wing, Tom King, J.D., Dr. Barbara Sunderland Manousso, Dr. Henry Murigi, PhD, Colin Rule, Mirèze PHILIPPE, Susan E. Guthrie, Karim Benyekhlef, Ad.E., Bob Bergman, Clare Fowler, Graham Ross. #ODR #ODR2026 #Mediation #DisputeResolution #AI
