Better delivery in Peru 🏆 At this year’s NEC Annual Conference in London, Oliver Conde, Global Work Winning Director at Mace Consult, shared how the introduction of the NEC Contracts® framework during the Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games helped shift how infrastructure is delivered in Peru. Since then, Mace Consult has supported the Peruvian State in expanding its use across major programmes, including the Reconstruction Programme (Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura) and the Bicentennial Schools (Escuelas Bicentenario), helping embed more collaborative, transparent and efficient delivery practices. Through the UK Delivery Team (Mace Consult, Arup and Gleeds), we’ve supported ANIN in applying NEC, with its recognition as NEC Client of the Year reflecting real progress built on trust, collaboration and shared commitment over time.
