Where are all my Zapier automation geeks??? If you've ever talked with me about work, you've probably heard me rave about the Let's Talk Ops community. They've just rebranded to VIA: Venture. Influence. Ambition. (we're the strategists, builders and problem-solvers making venture capital funds thrive), and they still rock. This year's Summit was four fun and occasionally freaky days in New Orleans, where we solved problems, enhanced our networks and ate way too many crayfish. As one speaker said, "Your network is your net worth," and I'm so grateful to be a part of this nurturing network of operators.
