Greener Together: more meeting places, more green in the neighbourhood 🌱 As Maastricht University marks 50 years of engagement with society, initiatives like SamenGroenerMaastricht reflect how that takes shape locally. In Viegenpark, volunteers meet twice a week to maintain the garden—while also creating space for people to connect. What began as a response to a lack of meeting places in the neighbourhood has grown into a steady collaboration between residents and the university.
