HIV prevention should not be a privilege. A drug exists that is nearly 100% effective at preventing HIV and only needs to be taken twice a year. It's called lenacapavir. But Gilead, the company that controls it, isn't making enough available for the world. We're calling on Gilead to make lenacapavir available and priced under $40 USD for all low- and middle-income countries. MSF International President Dr Javid Abdelmoneim explains.
