"7 interview stages are fine, if you evaluate them right" This will be the topic of my next post. Set of posts. Because I have a story to tell. Not to complaine, I do not think there can be something done about it. As it is in any case when there is an established system or a process, that is believed to be working right and efficient. And I think I need to share it also for the sake of others who face the same issues and feel like they are the whole broken, losers etc. I even think I might make a set of posts about it, more like an unsolicited post-mortem meta-analysis from different perspectives of several hiring processes I've been through in last 11 months and made it to final stages. The picture depicts the last role I've made to the final and totally botched the last stage with Hiring Managers :) Because nothing prepared me to what really happens on that stage, and to the deep inconsistencies and contradictions that I might face without recognizing. And the irony is that this role is still open. And Booking AI finds it to be the perfect match with my profile. But one doesn't have a second chance to make the first impression, you know? :) So I decided to transform my frustration into set of posts to discuss my conclusions with others. As I always been doing regardless the title or role. But I can not put it in resume, so I'll put it in LinkedIn. I'll be happy to see likes or comments, I need the feedback to keep this brain working and generating output. Stay tuned... P.s. I'm not going to share any tech or process details, do not bother yourself asking me about it. #BetterCallChar #CharLeads
