HR leaders - I have a question for you. When did you last ask the women in your organization how they were really doing? Not "how's the project going." Not "are you hitting your KPIs." Really doing. Because here's what the research tells us: → Women are more likely than men to report burnout → Women are less likely to report it to their managers → And the cost of losing a burned-out woman leader is 150% of her annual salary, before you even count the culture impact The investment case for women's wellbeing programs isn't soft.
